Last to leave

We got to enjoy the presence of Nite Owl a few extra weeks and it made it even harder to let go when his new owners came to bring him to their home. The last hour in our house, he spent sleeping on my stomach, lying on his back, his paws pointing in all directions. I loved to see the way his development exploded the last month. After his slow start, the bottle feeding and slow weight gain no one believed in him, although I remembered the potential I saw in him as a newborn. When he moved, he had strong boning with excellent proportions. I really liked his headshape (although the profile would need some more time to stretch out) with rounded forehead and chin, lovely expression and tufted ears. We look forward to see whether he will keep his extra bright silver coat, looking like shaded silver at the moment, or if it was just 'fever' coat...

Wishing him all the best in his new home!

Unfortunately Tigrinya fooled us... We hope she will approve of her date this summer instead.

Instead of delaying all our other plans, we might as well let one of the girls meet her special someone earlier than planned, so we will see if China might be the next in line here.

We are still waiting impatiently on Nessie to start calling, but since she adopted Nite Owl the past week and the winter, she has no spring feelings whatsoever.
