Update

Now it was a couple of days ago since Syriana, the last kitten left after our two summer litters, moved to her new home. She is now the pride and joy of Vestvegr cattery in Spain - nice meeting you Miguel! We miss her here, but I'm sure she will have a great life. She is such a beauty with charisma and I look forward to seeing her as a grown-up!

Kiwawa, with her strong mother instincts, let Syriana suckle until she left even it is no kitten of hers. This resulted in a full milk bar and Kiwawa had no chance to relieve the pressure herself :( We got medicine to stop the milk production and I have spent a couple of days massaging and helping her and she is feeling well enough. Mostly I think she miss her baby... I'm sooo sad she can never become mother again.

Älva makes us crazy after being in heat for two weeks... Never thought it was even possible?! Well, hopefully it is the last day today...

Enigma is finally starting to look in shape again. He loose a lot of weight during spring time and when he also drops his coat he is not very impressive ;) Well, now the coat is half-way there and the weight also. To me is the most beautiful male all year around, but I prefer to take pictures when he is in full condition and stunning ;) I'm amazed that he still has the same wonderful head and expression and ears being over six years of age. Well, he is special to us indeed :)

This weekend we will show Bridget and Tigrinya. Looking forward to spending the weekend amongst friends, looking at their newcomers :)

Updated website!

Finally I got some time (and energy...) to actually sit and prepare the 12-week photos and some others! I still have some photos left of sold kittens, but now it is getting late and my eyes are getting tired. Here comes a few of the new pictures on our main website:

Going insane

Well, we were thinking a bit too positive... The painting is still not finished and the wallpapers won't be up until Tuesday (if nothing else happens). Thereafter it's the floor in the hallway that needs to be fixed. So - next weekend it really should be entirely finished.

I caught a cold and lost all energy, but at least I managed to free some memory on my earlier full computer. Such nostalgy to look through my old digital photos from early 2001 and onwards, starting with our CTHD-litter (Crouching Tiger and Hidden Dragon) and the arrival of Enigma :) I cannot believe how many blurry and awful pictures I actually saved... Still have 4.5 years of digital photos to go through, but well, the rest will be done later as we are getting hungry and with painters here (yes, also on a Sunday!) we cannot cook any food :(

Syriana is doing just great - growing nicely. Just wish she would stop suckling from Kiwawa!

Älva is starting to gain weight and even if she looks awfully thin and skinny, she has reached her top weight on 3.9 kg. Now I wish she will continue to gain weight. She is so big she should weigh at least 5 kg to look more 'normal'... Nessie is gaining weight nicely as well and has reached 3.8 kg at 8 months. A big and strong girl and still just as beautiful and sweet :)

Oh, I almost forgot! Big congrats to S*Kyllängens where S*Restless Electra recently got her first litter! Pictures and information when I have visited the happy family within a few weeks :)
